This page and subpages sets forth the terms and conditions of service between The Lincoln Light Guy (TLLG) and you, the Customer, and supersedes all other oral or written agreements and understandings. If any part of this document is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, we reserve the right to take photos of decorative lighting on your property for marketing purposes. This may include, but is not limited to brochures, portfolios, internet, social media, and postcards. The use of photos does not imply any financial or other compensation will be given for said use. For personal property customers, addresses will not be disclosed with the exception of the town name.
On commercial accounts, we reserve the right to state the property name and/or address.
If you have roaming pets, please be mindful of their droppings prior to installation. For our safety and the safety of your pet, please keep your animals secured during installation.
